Bernadette Trinidad
Named Partner at Crutchfield & Associates Advertising

Greensboro, NC – Advertising and marketing agency, Crutchfield & Associates, announced the promotion of Bernadette Trinidad to Managing Partner. John Crutchfield III, founder, known to so many as Jack, recently made this announcement about the agency he founded almost 25 years ago.

Jack stated “Having started so long ago, I have seen the change and growth in technology and the delivery of client brand imagery in new forms of media. I believe Bernadette’s drive for perfection, creative passion, and her zeal to continually stay up on developing technology will keep Crutchfield & Associates fresh and up-to-date to connect advertisers with their appropriate consumer base across a broad range of media. Her experience and ability to read our client’s needs has grown to the point where I trust her judgment implicitly.”

Bernadette Trinidad joined Crutchfield & Associates in 2006 as Client Services and Production Manager, and has been involved in the advertising and marketing industry for over 20 years. She began her tenure in the industry in New York City in 1981 with Ted Bates Advertising where she learned the business from bottom to top. In 1987, Bernadette left the advertising industry for a short time to try her hand on Wall Street with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.

As she began a new family, Bernadette left the big city to head West, where she eventually settled in Las Cruces, New Mexico with her family. There she found another joy in her life–the Symphony. Bernadette served as Operations Manager with the Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra where she managed 80 musicians and oversaw all logistics for the production of concerts, which included managing a $250,000 per season budget and ticket sales for 12 concerts per season.

Bernadette also devotes some of her time to the Las Cruces International Mariachi Conference, Concerts, and Parque Festival. She works with the Executive Director and Disney’s Mariachi Cobre to produce this annual five-day music and dance workshops event, which is coupled with a concert for an audience of up to 12,000, featuring high profile artists such as Linda Rondstadt, and an open-air park festival with vendors and small-stage concerts.

Bernadette states, “My goal as partner with Crutchfield & Associates is to continue the growth of the agency as a superior strategy machine in a time where the economy has shaken many. I believe in delivering high quality, high impact brand awareness of our client’s products or services, without our clients fearing the cost to produce the best creativity.”
